History, Culture, and Sunken City: In the Footsteps of St. Nicholas
Welcome to one of Antalya’s richest historical and natural routes. Starting with a comfortable transfer from Kemer, our first stop is Demre, where St. Nicholas (Santa Claus) lived, to visit his historic church. Next, guided by our professional historian, we will explore the ancient city of Myra, famous for its monumental rock-cut tombs and Roman theater. After a delicious lunch, we will embark on an unforgettable yacht cruise through the enchanting bays of Kekova. While viewing the ancient Sunken City beneath the crystal-clear waters, you’ll also enjoy swimming breaks in the Mediterranean. To crown this cultural experience, we will also visit the region's famous Icon Shop and the Onyx & Sultanite Centers.
After being picked up from your hotel or the designated meeting point, our tour begins.
Our first destination is Demre. Here, we will visit St. Nicholas Church. The entrance fee to the church is not included in the tour price.
We then continue to the Ancient City of Myra, where a guided tour of approximately 50 minutes will be conducted by our professional guide.
After visiting Myra, we will have a lunch break. Lunch is included in the tour price. Drinks are extra.
Following lunch, we head to Kekova, where our boat will be waiting for us.
We board the boat and begin our sea excursion, which lasts approximately 2 hours. During the trip, we will see the famous Sunken City and receive information from our guide.
Afterwards, we will enjoy a swimming break of approximately 35 minutes in the crystal-clear waters of Kekova.
At the end of the program, we return to the harbor and board our transfer vehicles back to the hotels.
